Akron Section Bylaws – Update

Published 11/17/2024

ACS National has informed the Akron Section of the ACS that our current local section bylaws are out-of-date and no longer consistent with the ACS governing documents. The Akron Section of the ACS executive committee have drafted updated bylaws (posted below) following the ACS governing documents. A vote of local section membership is required to adopt these bylaws and that vote is included as part of the annual election for local section officers (local section members will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to vote).
